I use android so I’m not that familiar with apple wallet. On android if you login to a new phone with your original gmail account then the wallet contents are transferred to the new phone automatically even if you cannot access the old phone at all. Does this not happen with Apple? On android the restriction seems to be a ticket can only be linked to one google account as opposed to one physical device.

I think with Apple Wallet it's locked to the device, rather than the account. I do think you can have your ST on both an Apple device AND Google device at the same time though.

I haven’t tried that (as I don’t have an iPhone) but I did wonder if that might be case

Which is the lesser faff for passing on a ST please? Forwarding to a friend via the Everton site (own account), or deleting ST from Wallet and sending original email to mate?
Presumably the former, and then what would be the process , Everton send the friend an email with the ticket on with a QR code or do they download to their wallet?

Aside to the above, when does the 'resell' window open for STHs? For example with the villa ballot this week, when can the owner of a ST resell back to club?

Depends where your friend is but for me the lesser faff is just getting a burner android phone for the match and using that, then you just pass the phone to your mate, the same way you did with the card in past seasons.

but not back

so don’t risk it

I have both mine and my dad’s season ticket on my iPhone and he has his and mine on his Android phone in his google wallet. Had no issues for Brighton or Mansfield.

Handy for us as if either of us can’t make it then we can simply beep the person we’re taking with us in rather than messing about transferring tickets.

After applying for a ST card and hearing nothing, after going to the Goodison park box office and being told my application has been rejected, after signing up for a sim only deal to put my ticket on a separate phone, what dropped through my letterbox this afternoon, you guessed it a bloody ST card .
