ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

In fairness if he’s playing for Real Madrid then that biff Tuchel probably won’t pick him for England whereas any English player that rocks up at Liverpool no matter how tragic they are is automatically in the squad. Remember when Hodgson took Martin Kelly ffs!
Old woy was calling palace, parish and glasner all kinds on talkshite for not letting poor Marc make the move to the manslaughterers….

Loyalty that.

It’s honestly sickening how many of the pundits and ex players/managers now have completely sold out to them because they know it’s the only way to keep any kind of media profile is to have a constant hard on for them.

Seriously ex United and Chelsea players falling over themselves to big up what a great fan base they are how fantastic Anfield is, should have a word with themselves, it’s absolutely embarrassing.

I’d love an ex player to just call them out for being the narcissistic fannies they are but you know it’s the last time you’d ever see them on the media. It’s the closest thing we’ve got to state controlled tv now. You can openly criticise the government, the crown, the police, anyone you like but if you say something against Liverpool FC or their fans in the media that’s your career over with and a shrieking Carragher will have cut you off mid sentence before you could even say it anyway.

One part of lfc's business model centres around poaching young 15/16 year old players from other teams and selling them for £20 million plus - Elliott, Carvalho, Solanke, Brewster, and for a few million less Ibe, Ward and a good few for up to £5 - £10 million etc. They take the £4 million or so 'compensation' knowing full well that the lfc dominated media will bull them up and some mug - mostly English managers - will pay the £20 million plus fee. That means their 'net spend' is always low. An indication that lfc finances fluctuate wildly, with the comings and goings of young players is they record negative 2022 -23 £7 million loss followed by a £38 million loss ( the only notable young player sold was Nico Williams).

Correct, its somewhat bias somewhat logic, but when was the last time they sold a player who they did this too who went on to actually be a success?

That konate? Never seen the big deal with him, every time I watch him play the commentary is along the lines of “usually so reliable but he’s having a nightmare today”

Tuchel will be gone after the world cup...he is useless as a manager.

Mate, my experience of football fans in general is that the rs are a pita.

I wouldn't worry too much about flipping Sky.
