Carabao Cup 2025/26

Customer service response in respect of displaced STHs seats

"
Details regarding displaced Season Ticket Members for this fixture against Mansfield, along with all relevant Autocup information, were published in the Latest Ticket News on our website on Friday, 15th August.
While we would have liked to offer a priority window for these supporters to purchase alternative seats, the tight timeframe between the fixture announcement and matchday unfortunately made this extremely difficult to implement for the first cup game. Please be assured this is something we are actively reviewing and hope to improve for future cup fixtures at Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Ties with teams in European competition are the following week, we will be the week 15th September. Its on the sky EFL cup page.
It's only the 5 CL teams that definitley play their Carabao game in the 'second' week. The EL teams will be in the 'first' week. There are 16 Carabao ties in total, so if they split them equally over the two weeks (8 and 8), then our game could be either week.

How many tickets will we get for Wolves away and what are the odds they'll go to general sale?
We should get 10% of stadium capacity (~3200), but in round 2, West Ham only got the usual Premier League allocation of 3010 (likely due to segregation issues). If so, credit criteria will probably be the same as the league game, so will only go down to about 15 credits.

On the sky site they have the 8 games for each week and the second week are 8 teams that are in European competition.

Well Sky are wrong then. For a start there are only 7 English teams in Europe at this stage (5 CL, 2 EL - Palace in the Conference don't start their games until October), plus the CL and EL teams play in different weeks for their first matchweek, so they can't possibly play their Carabao games in the same week

No mate. I can't remember the last time an Away game went down to 'General Sale'. The absolute lowest I can remember in recent years would be STH with 0 credits, which were Villa in the Carabao (~4450) in 23/24, and Man U in the FA Cup (~9500) in 22/23.
out of interest, do you know what's the best way to build up your away credits?

i've been a season ticket holder now for 8 years i think and im pretty sure I go to every home cup game but im only on 4 away credits at the moment

i was told that going to the cup games would help you to get more away credits but it doesn't seem to make any difference

it seems like you need at least 17 credits to get tickets for away games these days

At the start of every season, Away credits criteria is based on credits from the previous season. Away credits 'reset' around Nov/Dec every season, at which point all credits accrued from the previous season are removed from your account, and the credit criteria changes to credits from THIS season. Your 4 credits are from the 4 home cup games from last season I assume, they will be removed around Nov/Dec.

There's no trick to getting on the ladder, other than keep an eye on every game and it's criteria, and try and buy as and when you qualify.

To be honest if you've had a ST for 8 years, you could have been on pretty much maximum credits if you had bought whenever you qualified. My two lads got their STs in 2018/2019, and even though they had 0 credits, that season you could have accrued 7 credits:

Saints (LC)
Lincoln (FA)
Southampton
Cardiff
Newcastle
West Ham
Palace

Then with those 7 credits going into 2019/2020, they qualified for 13 that season etc (before the season went behind closed doors due to Covid). Then when crowds were allowed back in 2021/2022, their 13 credits qualified them for 17 games. They're on 21 now.
