New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Must have missed you by minutes. Just got back after taking the mrs for her first look.....she was impressed with the build and the links to the areas dotted around.
Yes, dissapointed to a degree with the club shop. Seemed quite sparse to how i remember the Goodison shop.
It was completely empty too....we were on our own.
Actually went in for a T Shirt i saw a bloke wearing last week.
Shocked to see it was 115 quid.
Quality looked abysmal and tacky. No chance i'd be buying that.
As an aside we were chatting to a security bloke about the works going on.
I've not visited this thread for a while since that window was smashed and last rumour i saw was a seagull hitting it.
He said it was a crane positioning a letter that smashed it.
Great they back tracked on the 365 day parking zone. Dead easy to park up View attachment 324012View attachment 324013isit.
that looks like a 70s statico-nylon shock fabric

I noticed that too mate re the sizes. I am sure the will restock. Liked that light blue polo shirt which Big Dunc was pictured modelling above them.
Great little pinstripe running through it and a more sensible-ish £75. Again though quality felt grim when you picked it up.
Deffo. Feels like it will fall apart after one wash above 30.
They deffo need a coffee shop or something in there. Should have one really as I would have certainly bought something from it. Couldn’t buy anything today as they just didn’t have the size.

I did the stadium tour at Bayern’s ground a few months back. You pretty much had a coffee shop/restaurant next to the club shop, which was open all day. Disappointing we don’t have anything similar.

I think we are going to be pleasantly surprised by the impact the stadium will have on our finances..... I am sure it will settle soon but taking into account:

Sponsorship deals
Everton Way and Mosaic (one off I know)
ST increase by 3-3.5k at probably an average of 150-200 per ticket maybe.
Match by match visitors, ticket prices and extra spends
Corporate prices increased substantially and again game by game prices
Increase in traffic at the shop (already evident in the first 3 games including Roma)
Increase in food/drink prices (demand still quite high)
Other events

Feeling very positive on the impact this will have for Everton going forward

Great find that, fascinating insight.

So the mooted ‘up to’ £10m Hill Dickinson sponsorship increases to that upper value as more events are booked if I’ve heard that right?
No mate. £6.6M and up to possibly £7M+ if Everton reach Europe regularly or win a trophy.

It was never £10M - but notice that the club's client journos who knew it wasn't never corrected the BS reporting elsewhere.
