It will be the concession thing. You used to be able to take a physical ST to the ticket office and pay to upgrade it then they'd give you a paper adults ticket but obviously with all this digital ticket malarkey that's changed. I'd try ringing the club to ask how to do it.Me and my mate want to use my Aunties tickets for the Villa game as i said the other day, option to transfer is now there but it wont let me transfer the tickets so myself or my friend as it is saying we aren't eligible.
My aunties tickets are concessions so does anyone know whether it could be anything to do with that or just the website doing its usual rubbish?
In your ticketing account do you have the “ permission” to manage your auntie’s tickets? If not then your auntie will have to log in and transfer them as long as you are both in her friends and family or give you the permission to do so (I think) .Me and my mate want to use my Aunties tickets for the Villa game as i said the other day, option to transfer is now there but it wont let me transfer the tickets so myself or my friend as it is saying we aren't eligible.

I've got a young person's ticket going spare. 18-21. I can transfer if you have membership, then its up to you if that needs any changes.Single for Villa anyone ( buying not selling)?
