He's utter garbage. The mini-myth being erected that he was "ok under Lampard" wont fly either. Lampard wouldn't touch him with a barge pole for most of the time he was manager. In the end he was bullied into playing him for a few games by a media corp who were and are utterly 'kin clueless about football...and he stunk the gaff out when he did play.

Apparently Bayern Munich wanted him but Dyche turned the offer down.

Amazingly the manager who held him back and apparently hated him turned the offer down. Is that correct @Marius57

He's always being let down by managers who dont know how to play a player who cant tackle, run with the ball, pass it and cross it, and cant get back into position.

If only we'd employ the right manager to suit his skill set.

It's not necessarily your opinions on Patterson but your unfounded conspiracy theories, your 1+1=3 rationalising, that make those opinions so hard to engage with

One often wonders whether these conspiracy theories are a convenient mechanism that allows you to fill in some of the holes in your own arguments, without really having to produce any evidence to support them
