A 7 for me. The frustrations of the past few seasons seemed to surface early on when Moyes said that players were reluctant to sign here.
Since then we’ve moved on and done excellent business. Dele and Zouma are free agents and all’s right with the world. Great to be looking forward to a season. UTFT.

Rome wasn’t built in a day. A right back would have made this perfect but Grealish , KDH And Dibling now all in our team. This is class and will get us to the next window where we can go again and further strengthen the team … overall very happy though with the progress . COYB 💙💙

2 Excellent players in KDH and Grealish.
2 young players that I think have a really high ceiling in Dibling and Barry.
2 young players who have looked good in patches but have the potential to be really good in Alcaraz and Röhl.
A very young left back who is very highly rated in Aznou.
The obligatory 2 back up goalkeepers.
Gana and Branthwaite tied down.
DCL and Doucoure moved on, who I considered stains on our ability to improve (just my opinion).
Avoided the fears of the likes of JWP, Antonio, Coufal and Soucek (although the last one was a bit close for comfort).

A brilliant window by our standards. And by a lot of team's standards. More to do (and I hope we actually use the January window this time). But really good overall.

I’ll go for a 7. The true value of this window in terms of overall success may take several seasons to realise as it’s entirely possible that some of our young players may not make major contributions this season whilst they’re finding their feet.

I don’t think we did enough business in terms of incomings but there’s no denying that in the next window or 2 we should hopefully be in a great position to consolidate a first-class team with a bit of fine-tuning.

Hopefully by then the teething issues with the new recruitment staff will be ironed out and we will be quicker and more agile in future.

I never said it was ideal…but for the record

Garner played RB for England at the Under 21 tournament which they won and has for esp in big games like Bournemouth.

O’brien isn’t a RB but played their from Jan onwards when moyes came and defensively did fine.

Coleman looked fine on Wednesday in league cup

So if all the other 3 are out (which would be seriously unlucky) then we still do have patterson

And If your down to just Patterson come 1st of Jan we will defo go get someone
Isn’t Patterson currently injured, along with Branthwaite?

So if say Tarks gets a knock (or already is playing with one that gets worse) we’ll need to move O’Brien to CB and then it is either Coleman playing (also just back from injury) or moving Garner out of a role he is doing well at to RB.

Hopefully all works out but we really have to hope that the players that have recovered are fully healed, we don’t get any more injuries and nobody picks up a silly red card.

The international break will cross fingers help in recovery of those recently healed/those on sick list.

Can I also add i have no fears of PSR due to the new stadium and recruitment where as Forest right now feels like champions league or bust.Very Leeds like before bankruptcy.

I think it would have been a 7 if we just Got Grealish and KDH in while getting rid of a lot of dead wood and tying down Branthwaite.
On top of that we tied down Gana and signed a bunch of young players well capable of playing at a high standard.
I'm not concerned about RB but am a bit concerned about strikers.
a 9 for me

Voted 8 only miss really was a right back but Moyes must be happy with Jake O Brien there?

No major outs - excellent

Seen a lot of crap written on why Merlin has come and where does he fit, also questioning where players will play as we have two for the same position - it's a sixteen-man team each week plus we have now the ability to change to a plan B when plan A has fell over, especially against teams that park the bus!

Plus, no last minute Broja deals for a terminal sick note

Great job from Moyes here, let's see where we can enhance also in January

Looking forward to this half of the season

Just about an 8 for me. As many said before, really should've signed a RB, but overall more than happy with our business. Kept Branthwaite, Pickford and Ndiaye and added genuine class with Grealish. KDH already seems a very good aquisition and brought in some (hopefully) real potential stars in Dibling, Aznou and Barry. Alcaraz and Röhl should be more than decent squad options.

Seeing the task we were up against, I believe we did very well in the window. It was never going to be completely done in one window.

We're on a bit of a roll finally, after the last few seasons, it's a joy.built a side that can actually control a ball and pass it, which hasn't been the case in the previous few seasons.
8 from me, another striker I think would have been wise given that one left.

I went for a seven. Well pleased that we look a lot better up top but a couple of injuries have shown that we are really short on numbers at the back.
I`d have liked us to bring in a proper RB. Patterson isn`t up to the role it seems, Coleman can`t be relied on to stay fit for the season and is likely in his final season, and I thought that last season Young was only filling a gap and that we would prioritize RB in the summer. But having said that, if the right player wasn`t able to be brought in I don`t want us to settle for just any RB and get stuck with a player for 3 or 4 years that`s not up to the role.

7. That's a very good window. If we'd have got a right back, it'd be an 8. If we'd have had the signings in earlier as well to have a full preseason maybe even higher.
