Players out on loan 2025/26

Martin Sherif started but was hooked off at the break with his Rotherham losing 1-0 at Doncaster. It finished that way. Rotherham are 19th.

Francis Okoronkwo came on in the 65th minute as 10 man Lincoln tried to protect a 1-0 lead at home to Mansfield. They nearly survived but conceded an 82nd equaliser. It finished 1-1. Lincoln are 9th.

Summary of the loans. Not sure if there is scope for any more. I have a vague memory in the past of it being possible to lend players to the EFL for a few days after the main window shut. Also, not 100% sure about all the contract expiry dates. Any corrections welcome.

Busy(ish) night of action in the EFL Trophy for a couple of the loanees.

Francis Okoronkwo played the full 90 for Lincoln who beat Notts County 3-0 at home.

Isaac Heath scored and got an assist within the first half hour of his debut for Accrington away at Fleetwood. However the Fishermen mounted a comeback and it finished 2-2. Heath played the whole match so was there to score his shoot out pen, but he still ended up on the losing side.
