Sausage or Bacon

Sausages.

Bacon was boss before I left for the US 17 years ago. Now it's a load of added water tasteless sensation and nobody knows how to cook it so the fat is never rendered properly.

Good sausage beats good bacon but it's so easy to get bad sausage that choosing bacon is the safest choice.

The UK bacon cut is crap. Like having a slice of ham with grizzly fat stuck on it.

I feel like bacon is too easy to get wrong, so sausages. Plus the sarnie feels fatter and more satisfying then.

Yeah bacon sandwiches are always cold with 1 minute
