£8m is a fantastic clawback for a permacrock who’s never really done it for us. I really hope we have a sell on clause and I hope he smashes it & turns into the player we hoped, but sometimes you have to be happy with the losses you make.

I watched a bit of Rangers play St Mirren or someone in the 2nd half before our game Vs Brighton and it was absolutely shocking standard. The Rangers players didn't look a level above or anything either. Both teams looked League 1 or 2 standard.

….i watched too, the new CB they’ve acquired looked dreadful. Fans very critical of new recruitment, though I think Mikey Moore could be a bit of a scoop. Too early to write them off but the signs aren’t looking good.

Hasn't worked out, injuries haven't helped, there's been the very odd flash where I thought there was something there, but on the whole he's never made the most of the few opportunities he's had.

Sensible on all sides to acknowledge this and part ways

Good luck to the lad. Clearly hasn’t worked out for him here. The injury last season held him back a bit and Moyes clearly doesn’t think he’s up to it. A few extra £££ in our kitty won’t hurt either.
Hope he can kick start his career there.

Worth remembering this in the eventuality of him scoring a few up there, ‘cause you know the usual crowd will be in here screaming how we should have kept him because he’s “cLeArLy BeTtEr ThAn bEtO”
