There's goals in it for him as well, he can fill his boots as much as he wants to when it comes to goals/assists. Hes already shown that the manager trusts him and so do the players.

Players like him win teams trophies or get them Europe.

TBH, I’ve not been keen on bringing KDH in either but I like that Moyes explained he wanted players that improved our quality and possession in the top third. Bringing players in that the team needs.

Apparently he has been “very impressed” with the pitch presented to him by Everton, particularly the prospect of world class beak and brass alongside a brand new stadium.

Moyes also pointed to the outstanding work he did reigniting the careers of Andy van der Meyde and Royston Drenthe.

A loan appears most likely at this stage, but he could be available for around £40m.

He's the kind of player I grew up watching in the seventies, don't get too many of them these days, although we have 2 with N'diaye!

Grealish and Dewsbury Hall are a massive step up in quality that we’ve been desperate for,
The two of them with Ndiaye included will drag the club forward,
You can only imagine the boost they’ll bring to training never mind match day.
Long may it continue.
The big hope for me is City can improve this year and be successful, their improvement is crucial in us being able to loan Jack or negotiate a lesser fee next year.

Grealish is a ridiculously good player. He’d instantly be our best player and we’d all be confused as hell what has happened at city.

The only query is his attitude, but to be honest I think he loves his football and he’s made his money for life now. Next move will be about game time.

The big thing that Grealish brings besides the obvious quality is quite simple.

In a side if your best player by a way is also the one who works his socks (low ones) off for the full 90, it's sets the benchmark that every player in the side has to put in the same effort. When that player is also one of the most likeable guys in footy - you'll want to bust your backside putting that effort in as well.

Hate to say it, but the lot across the park have had that in the past with Suarez, now Salah. It raises the standard of the entire squad and is infectious.

I liked pienaar mate, but almost no comparison in terms of ability levels.

Its all in good fun. Your vaulting of Zatara is one of my favourite things on the forum. Ive had a good feeling about Jack all along regarding his attitude, there's a lot of social media clips out there that show how warm he is with fans, and some very adorable videos of him with his younger sister who is disabled. I didn't expect him to be so good so soon on the pitch though.
