I'd agree with this - but I don't think the general functionality of the stadium has been satisfactory, given kick-off delays, turnstile issues, congestion problems, overselling Club View, inadequate toilets, running out of food and drink, and selling season tickets for seats that don't exist.
Things take time - but there's a strong whiff of a rush-job about this move. We just don't seem to have been prepared as an institution. Not surprising, given the chaos of the club in recent years and its running as a museum for three decades.
