2025/26 Beto

He's more settled now and has better players around him. The likes of Grealish, Dewsbury-Hall and Garner playing well. He scored 10 in all comps last season.

I don't get the hate at all tbh. He looked decent second half of last season and gets in good positions. He's not as good as Lukaku but his return will be as good as anyone else that's played for us since then.
Don't get te hate myself. He's most obviously not the most polished striker and as a club we should be looking to improve on him as our starting striker. But be can do a job for now. He never was and still isn't our biggest problem.

As he should. That should be the minimum expectation for any Everton striker.

We have a striker, who seems like an incredibly nice human being, whose biggest fans feel the need to post “he’s controlled the ball well today”

It’s absolutely rubbish if we don’t get a first choice striker in, in the coming days, massive opportunity missed.

How many teams in the league would swap their first choice striker for Beto? Possibly 6? So that means there’s 13 clubs with better strikers.
Just say you're angry he scored mate

Really? He has scored at least 10 of those goals under Moyes. ( Since Jan)

Embarassing stuff this Percy. Reeks of desperation to push an agenda. He's shown you up yet again today.

He's got a record of a goal every 190 or so minutes since last season. That's nearly a goal every other game.

His first season has 30 appearances but he only played 941 minutes. I'll do the maths for you because I can tell you struggle. That means he was on the pitch for maybe 31-32 minutes on average for those first 30 appearances.

Looks like his purple patch his purple patch is continuing. 2 in 2. He will score given the quality around him. As will Barry in time
We shall see. Won’t be pinning my hopes on a striker whose fans are reaching to a goal against league one opposition as part of a 2 goal purple patch 😂

Yep that purple patch has really dragged his averages up. Without that period you’re looking at a modern day Brett Angel.

Must take a lot of effort to be that thick.

So without the period where he scored goals he wouldn't have scored many goals.

Who cares if a player scores 6 goals in 6 then 6 without, or if they score 6 in 12.

Btw he's scored now 3 in his last 6 league starts, must be another purple patch I guess
