Started this season. Weekend games at 8pm both days. Midweek due to be 30mins after ko supposedlyPosting the highlights before the show? Is this a new thing? Good news for those of us who are usually asleep by 10.30 on a Saturday night!
Sky have highlights on YouTube at 6pm ish, so the deal was made to allow the BBC to put their own highlights out earlier to be competitive.Started this season. Weekend games at 8pm both days. Midweek due to be 30mins after ko supposedly
Their equaliser today. Wrote the above in the Mansfield thread midweek. Can clearly see a style of play to Wolves, but they were over run at times today, and because we kept working, they tired and slowly got used to chasing. Myko has to be stronger for their second, no two ways about it. But it's his first PL game and he's not fit or match sharp, so fair enough. This weekend will tell a tale.
Outside of a wonder strike by Duran, I think the wolves equaliser last season was the best goal I'd seen in ages, so my goal of the season against us. It was all one touch football, no room for error, swept the ball across the pitch into stride one touch every time, run and hit first time finish. Was excellent. Applauded the quality at the time. (we rarely got close to the ball until it was in our box, and we still never got close).
Lets see what Wolves have this weekend and measure how we do vs last season.
I've more optimism about us of late than in a long while, some of that will be the new ground, and the new wave of positivity that's knocking about, but this squad is night and day. Our play (besides leeds) is night and day. We've players that are getting people up off their seats, and we're making a go of being sound in the league. It's been a 'kin hard road.
We were on 13 games and were one away from the joint record which is supposeldy Man City who went 14 games about 5 years ago think it was. Forgot when i listened to it, whichever YouTube link i watchedFirst time we’ve conceded more than 1 goal away from home in a while as well I believe
