2025/26 Iliman Ndiaye

He's great.

However, he can hold on to the ball just too long at times and then lay it off into where he thinks an Everton player is rather than where they defo are.

That's the difference btween uber-quality like Grealish and him. Grealish very rarely coughs up possession to the opposition; Ndiaye does.
Indy tries more things I feel, its unfair to compare mortals to Young Jack, theres a reason he went for 100m.

Doesnt mean hes not still a great player.

I will say in Ndiaye's defense though Dave that Ndiaye is probably the better goalscorer of the two. This guy turns into Van Nistelrooy in the box. I don't quite understand it considering how poor he is at striking the ball, but he just gets it done in the box.

I said he's he's great. 🤷‍♂️

But he needs to take a leaf out of Grealish's book and learn hpw to get a free kick when he's lost control over the situation. He's not being cute enough to get them.

He did well to get that ball in today.

The commentator's shout that Beto had "stepped over the ball" for him was laughable. Ndiaye gets that in by scooping the ball from behind him. Great feet.

Gets you out your seat every time he he gets the ball. Best dribbler I’ve seen in an Everton shirt and he’s just got that instinct for goals.

Is it Crazy to think that Ndiaye could play upfront should we need him there he is a quality finisher and as strong as a bull.
