ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Hmmm.

They want to fix the draw to favour liverpool, and they do that by pairing them with possibly the two best teams in Europe, but the sneaky ploy is that they will play those teams at home. Genius.

They will make liverpools ball really really hot so that it is still warm when they eventually put their hand in to pick it, and they will freeze 2 other balls so they are still really cold, and hope that absolutely zero heat transfer takes place between the balls which could scupper their evil plan.

OK mate, I have just transferred you a million dollars, where's my bridge?
Of course draws are fixed. Like time, when Oasis and Kasabian did draw, Kasabian being Leicester fans, Oasis being City fans. Surprise surprise City got Leicester. Liverpool's success in Europe under Benitez was entirely based on fixed draws. When they had to play Chelsea away in 2nd leg, they lost. Also don't you find it strange, that Liverpool kept on getting drawn against Chelsea for years? When they were actually given a difficult group, they got knocked out in group stage in 09.

I remember chelsea and liverpool played a couple of times in the semi finals. Not sure I would call it a fix that they played each other, there was only 4 teams left to choose from.

I am aware that the entire champions league draw is fixed and has been ever since the year they introduced seeding (which is pretty much the definition of fixing) Allowing 5 teams from some countries while champions from others have to face each other over 3 or 4 preliminary rounds is also draw fixing.

So no, Uefa are obviously not running a completely honest and fair competition, but numbnuts claiming they are using hot and cold balls to favour the rs by ensuring that they play the top 2 teams in Europe. Well, that is just as ridiculous as it sounds

Seeding plays a part of it, but the amount of times Liverpool have got 2nd leg at home is ridiculous. Do I believe there's a continual conspiracy to give Liverpool decent draws? No. Do I believe that UEFA manipulate draws to favour certain teams, such as Liverpool? Yes. Don't know about hot and cold balls.

The home games are annoying but there’s some tricky games in Atletico Inter Frankfurt Marseille Galatsaray away. Ultimately it’s all an irrelevance anyway as not a single big team will miss the cut off for the play offs so all these games mean absolutely zero until the knockouts. The CL draw used to be fun if there was a group of death, now it’s just another competition eating itself for more money.
cant remember the last time I watched a CL game. Would rather watch coronation street and I hate that
