Hes said there that even if he changes the players, they still dont do well on the pitch. Whether its effort, mentality or who knows.
We know hes been a good manager before joining them.
We know he binned off some of those with bad attitudes.
Perhaps they are still infested with players on big money who are just doinf the minimum that they literally cant shift?
Looks like a few years to rebuild.
A strong figure in Louis Van Gaal didnt manage to do it....perhaps they need someone incredibly likeable and positive, that was Solksjaer though.
