I like to get some context before continuing a conversation with someone, just to ensure I'm not wasting my time. In this instance it was to find out if you're one of those oddballs who dislike players from Rangers/Celtic. We don't go for that sectarian nonsense at Everton, only very sad individuals buy into that. Why do you want to rummage through my posting history, are you some kind of stalkerish weirdo?
1. I know next to nothing about Scottish football or sectarianism. It's a lazy argument to angle at people imo and you've done it whilst admitting you know nothing of my posting history. Be better.I like to get some context before continuing a conversation with someone, just to ensure I'm not wasting my time. question 1) In this instance it was to find out if you're one of those oddballs who dislike players from Rangers/Celtic. Additionally, as a general rule of thumb on here, question 2: I find if you hide your posting history then you're usually not someone who can be taken seriously. Hope that answers your question. Now I'd be grateful if you'd answer mine; why do you hide your posting history? What are you afraid of?
Thanks for your response. I think you’ve misread my post however. I didn’t accuse you of being into all that sectarian stuff, I asked if you were. Subtle but importation difference.1. 2. I don't hide my posting history, if you search my username it's all there for you to see. Try harder.
It doesn't say I hide my posting history, it says I limit who can view it. It's written there in front of your eyes. If it was hidden, nobody would see it.The reason I asked is because when I clicked on your username to get some context (because I don’t know you from a bar of soap) I get this message (see attached). Correct me if I’m wrong (perhaps you weren’t aware of your settings) but this literally says that you limit who can see your posts (ergo you hide your posting history).View attachment 323128
Not sure I follow that sorry, it sounds like a contradiction, perhaps I'm too much of a Luddite? It doesn't say I hide my posting history, it says I limit who can view it. It's written there in front of your eyes. If it was hidden, nobody would see it.
My initial point still stands, you (you personally) might not be able to view my posting history by clicking on my profile. It's not hidden, every post is public. You can see every post I have ever made. Nothing in forum settings can change that.
To prevent people with stalkerish tendencies trawling through my posting history. If so, my question still stands, why would you do that?
Translation: I lack courage. To prevent people with stalkerish tendencies trawling through my posting history.
I stand in the face of unfounded accusations on this thread, on this forum regularly. The last thing I lack is the courage of my convictions.Translation: I lack courage.
