Digital tickets


Are people recieving these emails with there tickets even tho they received a forever Blue membership email first for the value of there tickets?

I haven't had an email with any tickets on but received an email with a forever blue membership purchase this morning for some reason.
 


They've absolutely messed up something. When we log into the app under my sons email address, he has a different customer number etc to his actual one. And his season ticket has no details on.
Yep my 2 sons are the same the email I recieved yesterday should have been the links for the tickets.
Instead I got billed for some membership 😂
 
Iphone user, this is what I did. — I deleted my ST that had moved into “expired passes” in my Apple wallet after the Brighton game. Step 2- went into Everton FC App / Logged in / Tickets / pressed “season ticket” (that was in a tile top right of the screen) another bigger ST tile comes up with the EFC crest, pressed “add to Apple Wallet” ……resolved….. not yet…. Went into Apple wallet, ST was back in there, but had not updated to show “Mansfield town”. Pressed the circle with three dots in the top right (apparently called an ellipsis icon), pressed that you get a drop down list with “notifications”, pressed that and you get three toggle switches, top one being “Automatic updates” flipped them all off and back on again…. Hey presto ST updated in wallet to say “Mansfield Town”

Hope that may be of some use to any Iphone users still trying to get it sorted.
