Bought 2 Mansfield tickets (1 adult and 1 child) in my season ticket seats but then got 5 together for the rest of my family on Saturday. Trying to give the original 2 tickets to my mate and his lad but can't get it work. Obviously no paper tickets anymore but is there an easy solution to this please?

That's what I did and it worked but we shouldn't have to be doing this for every game

You can turn off “hide expired passes” but I’m not going to try in case things go further pear shaped.

I have two seperate tickets in my wallet 1 season ticket 1 Mansfield I don’t no we’re my 2 lads tickets are.
1 of my lads deleted his season ticket off his phone now he carnt get that back on the wallet it’s saying it’s on another device.

Has he tried from the original email rather than the app ?

So poor from the club. Had to delete notifications etc from season ticket then reload. Ok not a problem, but I’m not getting this from the club. Pathetic as usual

My middle lad isn’t bothering tomorrow but I’ve bought his ticket. I’ve invited a mate from work and give him the email to download the season ticket. My eldest who is 18 will have to swap phones with him because he can pass as a junior and give my mate his phone to get in on his adult ticket. Absolutely ridiculous. If I had physical cards it’d be sound. Or if we were able to transfer cup tickets and have an easy way to the pay the difference (if going from junior to adult) would make things so much easier.

I say that because I have a mate who was transferred a junior ticket for Brighton but before he could access the ticket to download he had to spend 6 hours over 2 days to get through to the box office to pay the difference from junior to adult for that game.

Yes mine’s on my st eventually but not showing in the app, which I downloaded for the first time today.

I had someone else buy mine. She forwarded on the email to me and I just clicked the add to Google wallet. They went in no problem.
