That's annoyingI only downloaded the app today mate as I seen that's what everyone has done. I normally just log into my account from the website. Nothing though
I just tried the app today for the first time on the off chance it would work, and thankfully the ticket was there. But seems it's not a fix for everyone. There's definitely issues with their system, especially since their automated emails talk about memberships. I think it would definitely be helpful if EFC fan services could at least acknowledge the issues and give some reassurance they are working to fix everything for tomorrow. It's definitely a big task with the new stadium and I think most would have patience if they recognised the issues.
