Digital tickets

Still waiting for my 2 tickets. Bought on general sale on Friday, email confirmation but when I go to manage my tickets, still saying empty and nothing to manage.
I bought one for my niece under my daughters membership, the email arrived with a downloadable link to add to google wallet, hopefully she can add that. nice is a member too but couldnt get on the website at work

Was at the ground (ticket Office Goodison) this morning mate.
The girl said the rest of the Mansfield tickets are getting sent today.
But I went on the email they sent for my season ticket and clicked on the link again (your name) and the Mansfield ticket appeared.
Try doing that if you have a season ticket.
Ok thanks for the update unfortunately I dont have a season ticket , on the Everton app it states membership ship and number along with season ticket but no match logged in there

Yeah I’m still in this boat. Ticket for me has appeared, but not one for my kid. If you solve it, let me know!

Not sure what to do if they dont turn up by tomorrow as I'm chocka in work so wont be able to call up and wait for 15 years to get a reply.

Just resent the email to myself mate and apparently I didn't buy 2 tickets, I purchased a forever blue membership for £20 instead.

Absolute joke this system, how hard is it to just pop 2 tickets in someone's account. Gonna be a right pain in the arse tomorrow trying to scramble to the box office before kick off
 
Purchased ticket (not season ticket holder) and received an email for a ‘membership’ with the £15 ticket price early hours this morning. No ticket through yet.

but obvs mines all gone to never never land at the f min

Must be thousands in the same boat who probably won’t turn because of this.

Have you tried downloading and checking the Everton app

I got an email during the night saying I'd bought a 15 quid membership but then saw the ticket had been added to my account on the app and I downloaded it from there.

I didn't actually get an email with the tickets attached and not sure this is how they are going to do it (if anyone has received tickets by email please correct me.)
 

They’re not taking calls now. Still not got mine. I have an email confirming I bought it but when I pressed resend email the new one says I’ve bought a membership.
Hopefully it comes because i guess there’s not much else i can do. Haven’t got time with work to queue at the ticket office. I don’t suppose rocking tomorrow night with an email is going to do anything.

I only downloaded the app today mate as I seen that's what everyone has done. I normally just log into my account from the website. Nothing though
