That’s the same for me as well.Question for anyone who manages tickets for others....... Can they only see their own ticket in the everton app? Without having to go through to the rubbish eticketing side.
My app shows me as a member and then a ST holder. I also manage one for my wife and my 8yr old son. Not sure why these don't show on the app.

From what I gather you can’t transfer cup tickets. I was testing this out with a mate earlier. Got his details in my account but could only give the Villa game.ive bought a ticket for my niece but had to buy it in daughters name, cant see how I can transfer it, we had a confirmation email to daughter but no link to ticket and no idea how to transfer. Anyone any ideas?
Good stuff from the club as ever. Clearly the best thing to do, when you have a ticket system that's glitchy and unreliable, is to leave sending tickets until the last possible moment.Seat Unique won't be sending tickets out for tomorrow if anyone has booked premium.

I had same issue. With Android I tried to re download the season ticket from the original season ticket email, it wouldnt let me, but if offered to open existing ticket, when i did this it refreshed the fixture in google wallet. I manage my lads ticket and had to repeat the process for him.In auto cup scheme,had emails saying STs have been activated for this game although STs are still showing next game as Brighton?
