How's your day going ?

Had a mad day today, stayed in Wrexham last night in my daughters place as I had a job interview there this morning, done the interview and had to drive straight over to Irby, whilst in Irby my mrs decided to tell me she’d not been well through the previous night which resulted in her having to call an ambulance. She refused to go in to hospital last night there was a 9 hour wait in A+E. Fuming she hadn’t phoned me I drove the 2 hour journey home. I got home mid afternoon and Mrs had been to see her GP. Long story short, as soon as I got home I had rush the mrs to hospital. Spent hours sitting in the hospital before a CT scan revealed she has a kidney stone.
At home now thank god and hopefully get some sleep

Glad it was only a kidney stone. Hope she is on the mend soon and you get some sleep. Cheers, mate.

Frustrating. Today was supposed to be the latest I hear back following a final round interview held last Wednesday. It's half 5pm now and their HR haven't responded to my email follow up late this morning. A familiar sinking feeling where you know what the outcome will be from here given they cannot even keep to their own deadlines.

Kidney Stones are horrible. Up there with Broken Ribs, Mancolds and Kopites.

Get Well Soon Mrs K and good luck with the interview @Kurt.

Pootsy Jr is starting his 3rd year in Law at Uni. He is doing his third year in Madrid instead of Cardiff. This will boost his CV and Degree so well chuffed for him.

However I'm now 'surviving' on 3 1/2 hours broken sleep last night as a 4hr round trip to Dublin Airport was required to get him his flight. Obviously I wouldn't change anything about doing that for him, just a bit knackered now......sorry, a lot knackered now.
