When that happened to me I just went back to wallet and it was there to add again.

You need to click in the Wallet app not via any shortcuts that only show your active tickets.

When you’re in there scroll to the bottom for ‘expired passes’

Find your season ticket, click on it and then press delete.

From there try downloading from the email or from the app.

From there try downloading from the email or from the app.

I sorted mine by instead of pressing delete select unhide pass, it then returns to main wallet from expired passes.
Then press the 3 dots in top right, then take pass off automatically update then put it back on again then all good

Can you take a small back pack in the stadium, I think i read somewhere during the trial events they were taking them off people?
i use a fold away walking aid and its easier to store in the backpack than leave it on the floor for someone to stand on or trip over when I'm in my seat.

I tried calling the club regarding tickets still not appearing for tomorrow's game, but I was on hold for 45mins and needed to get back to work. I assume a few more are in the same boat.

I’ve got 2 season tickets on my phone and did what you did…one of them updated and the other didn’t.

Spot on. And if we can put together a little unbeaten run here (very doable looking at the fixtures) a new media narrative can snowball: BMD as one of the toughest places for opposing teams in Europe.
