I didn’t have a clue what was happening until someone posted something in a different thread, think it was digital ticket thread.

If you can somehow get it back in your wallet, you then click on the 3 dots in top right hand corner.
Take the automatic updates off then on again then it updates with the Mansfield ticket

i’ve even re sent my email ( the orig)

I went into wallet and found the season ticket pass. I clicked on the three dots at the top right and then Pass Details. On this screen I pulled it down and got the update swirly thing and the pass updated. That was on an iPhone.
