Digital tickets


I didn't on Android.

My wallet for season tickets still says Brighton is the next game on both tickets. The everton app says I have no tickets.

Am I doing something wrong and do I need to update the wallet on some way? The confirmation from the club says the tickets will be automatically added to the season ticket cards but there is no indication this has been done.

Any advice would.be appreciated. Thanks.

For me, on the app it said no tickets available. But above that I had an icon for membership and one for season ticket.

I clicked on season ticket and it gave me option to add to wallet.

I’ve got two season tickets in the family and bought Mansfield tickets for both. Both were still showing Brighton game. I redownloaded one to see if that would fix it but now that one is just blank for the next game. The other one still show Brighton.
 
There’s a fix that has worked for some people.

Go into your expired passes and delete it from your phone.

Re-download from the original email you received with the season ticket link and re-add.

This worked for me and my 2 lads.
Just to add to this, a new window may open saying it can’t download. Ignore that. Go back into your wallet and it should be there with the ADD option.

Worked it out for Android on my device.

I tried to re-download from the original season ticket email. The wallet told me that the ticket was already downloaded. There was an option to open the already downloaded ticket and when it opened the fixture detail was updated.

The club need to communicate this issue. Fans won't even get past the outer wall if the fixture detail isn't up to date.

Hopefully this doesn't need to be done for every fixture.
 

I’m still getting my head around the digital season ticket.
I’ve booked tickets for the Mansfield game.
The email confirmation says it will be automatically added to my season card, but my digital season ticket in my wallet still says the Brighton game.

Do I trust Everton to not fudge it up and my ticket should work at the turnstile tomorrow night?
Remove the ticket from your Apple wallet and then re-add it from the Everton app. I did that and it updated to Mansfield. I had to look in the expired section in the Apple wallet for mine.

All sorted now thanks. Just tried to download from the season ticket email and the fixture detail refreshed.

I’ve tried that for mine but it then just shows a blank for the next fixture even though my purchase history in my Everton account shows that I have Mansfield tickets.
