Carabao Cup 2025/26


My Mansfield ticket is showing in the app this morning. I purchased two (one for me and one for my Grandson)
Hopefully his has gone directly to the app on his phone. 🤞
Mine still not there. I'm going to ring them but assume I'll be waiting for ages.
Unnecessary stress for what should be a joyous occasion.
 

I got an email about a membership confirmation today. Went on the website me tickets still wasn’t there but i downloaded the app and signed in and me tickets where there.
 
Managed to get mine through the app after the 'membership confirmation' email at 04:00.

Problem is the app won't work for my lad because somehow they've managed assign the same email x2 customer numbers.
The customer number it defaults to when he logs-in is not the one he has his membership allocated to.
So I currently have no way of getting him in.

The frustrating thing is the total lack of communication or acknowledgement from the club when these things happen which then causes people to panic and flap:
Roma game - Couldn't buy kids tickets for the first half hour of the sale.
Mansfield game - Same and now the lack of tickets via email.
Ballots - How are these being conducted?

Are these known issues? Are they now fixed? Is it just teething problems while migrating over? Do the club even know?
