Strand Larson bid rejected, they are going to end up with ratboy up front all season. I do wonder whether some of the players they have gone for (especially the overseas targets) are pulling back because of Howe. Lets face it, Howe is a decent coach but outside of the PL he isn't really very well known at all. I'm surprised they haven't gone for a big name.

They aren’t a worse team though.

Their fans are bigger bells on social media, yes.

But they were yo-yoing the leagues and had Steve Bruce in charge and were dead certs for relegation.

They are now regularly in Europe/champs league and have won a trophy. (You know, things that we have only been dreaming of for 3 decades)

Unless you have a different definition of worse.
