Confirmed Signing Tyler Dibling

It’s his first start for the club. He was involved in both goals. And we won.

Yet you are in here dissecting both goals as way to diminish what he did and be negative about him.

Maybe try supporting one of our young players instead of dragging them down and wanting them to fail so you can be right on the internet.

As I said, toxic.
Don’t waste your breath. It’s plain as day what’s going to happen here, others have jumped in on the lad as well. We have the best fans in the world sometimes, other times we have the absolute worst by a country mile. No in between.

It’s as if people didn’t watch the likes of Wellbeck and Sesko yesterday. Knives are out for Beto as well so I see. A striker who netted double figures who only started playing since January! Some people’s expectations are completely unrealistic. We’re not signing a 20 goals a season striker.

Seriously why are you so precious? Do you actually ever go to the match? If you do your ears would be signing at some of the comments! It's okay to be critical. This isnt a police state. We won great and I loved it yesterday thank you but our crying need for a striker (and others) is criminal.

We've had numerous young strikers in the past that say had all the obvious attacking skill and instinct (James Vaughan/Michael Branch) or ones with a history of goals in lower leagues and all the necessary physical attributes (Jermaine Beckford). I'm not expecting every signing to hit the ground like a Jelavic but even Cenk Tosun and Moise Kean when they first played looked like they knew where the goal was.

This lad just seems like a skinny version of Niasse!

Right now would prefer Ellis Simms all day long.

Actually wild from someone that still thinks Claptain Claptastic contributes anything to the first team.

Criticism of Coleman from another armchair fan?

Back to Dibling....this being his thread....will be wasted without a decent centre forward that can finish chances...is my only concern.

Not sure why I'm responding to this. But Ellis Simms isn't even starting games in the championship this season.

Also Moise Kean scored 2 premier league goals. Not sure I'd describe that as knowing where the goal is.

Was just about to "like" this post me.
Then saw the grumpy faces and middle fingers and bottled it😅

Neither Tosun or Kean looked anything like that. Both were utter pony, Kean was shocking for us. Mad that you felt them 2 of all players where at a higher level for us, yet target Barry after 64 mins of action. Let’s play the waiting game on this one, give the lad a chance to adapt, as both Tosun & Kean where Permapoo from start to end.

I see you still can't judge a footy player!

Ps there's nothing toxic with commenting politely on our new starting striker. Fans do that non stop at the match!

I was just hoping to see something in him. As you say though esrly days.
I think you should sit this one out mate, it appears you have blancmange between your ears.

That’s got to be one of the worst football shouts ever, so, congratulations I guess.

Moise Keane scored 2 in 30 odd games for us you absolute lunatic. This lad looks nothing like Niasse.

Ellis Simms?!

Come on now, must be on the wind up

It’s a lot of money for someone with basically zero track record. But the signing is the type we should be making. I’d probably prefer if we didn’t overpay for the privilege (frankly think our maximum on any transfer should be like 25m or 30m). What I do like is the path to this working out isn’t really narrow.
