2025/26 Michael Keane

He been solid under Moyes to be fair to him.

The beauty of Moyes is he never gets a player to do things beyond their skillset,he gets them to play to their strengths.

If you give Keane the ball in areas he not comfortable in he'll ultimately get himself in trouble.

I think we've all lost count the amount of times he's give the ball away in the centre circle because we're insistent on playing out from the back.

But if you look at yesterday,he's receiving the ball in areas where he's not under pressure and allows him to spray the ball about.

One thing people can't question is that right foot of his.
This.

It's like Moyes came in and wiped the slate clean with him, this intense turn has restored his confidence this can only be a good thing for us all, long may it continue, in the same breath I'm wishing Branthwaite a speedy return.

A player someone likes has a great game and hes amazing, incredible performance etc

A player someone hates has a great game, ah he did ok, he needs to do it all season, overreacting to one performance or make up a scenario that he would be rubbish in.

I was one of the ones saying we needed rid a year ago, liability etc. but his performances the first two games and most games he played in last season have been decent. Hell have some rubbish games like all players do but as a third or fourth choice he has shown he’s capable and im sound admitting i was wrong.

A* in his role as back up defender. I think the first choice lads need to be a bit more available and do their jobs as well as big Keano is.
