New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Great day all round. Parked at Beers Timber Yard just off Boundary St,- 5 mins walk across to the ground. Spotted an NCP right next to it….The downside to such close parking is the bottleneck getting out with the lights and the NCP next door. Will be a standard half hour from getting into car to getting away. We’ll get the match day travel routine sussed out soon enough.

Club View L3- sounds like everywhere was the same. Gave up queuing pre match after twenty minutes and not really getting anywhere, did manage to get in at HT and give an 8/10 for the loaded hot dog. £11 quid tho’!!

Loved the whole day, spent a lot of time pre match looking around and thinking this is amazing. Noticed the steelwork high up at the back of the stands has been fabricated with “T” spur off each of the riser columns, future proofing for any future expansion perhaps??

Magic Ndiaye setting the future pub quiz question, Grealish- top drawer. Quality shone through. Happy drive back up the M6.

What's the preferred nomenclature for this South Stand home end so far?

I'm thinking 'Southie' - as in the name used for the south side of Boston.

….The Brow.

Love the link with our tower and Village St (Toffee Shop) Everton Brow is also famous for its steepness & its ‘Everton’ Brow. I know you have the thought of links to Orange Lodge but they marched through much of the City back in the day, not only Netherfield Rd and it is part of our history.

Hi mate. What was traffic like as you got to beers before kick off. I’m using it on Wednesday night.

Looked unreal on TV.

I’m visiting the stadium for first time on Wednesday night - travelling from down near Wolverhampton. I’ve booked parking at Beers Timber and Building Supplies - what’s traffic like around there? Want to get there early but limited with work. Absolutely cannot wait to see the stadium with my own eyes.
Parked there today mate. Pre match, getting there easy, just what will be normal match day traffic now (was there just after 12) all kept moving. As close to the grounds as you’ll get, allow a good 30 mins from getting back to your car to getting away as was a bottleneck after the game.
