Not used to witnessing the composure this lad has with a football. Haven't really seen it since James.

Not only did he do it going forward, won possession back more than any other player

Completely set the tone with that move in the second into third minutes where he lost the ball and won it back by sheer force of will. Dropped deep to win the ball back in the corner by doing the dirty work.
And on top of that changed everything in attack. What a player. Absolutely love this guy.
If we can get the three in the attacking band below the striker to be Dibling, Ndiaye, and Grealish, with KDH dropping to central midfield, we'll be looking at fc sexy again.

Not afraid to admit that I was worried his best days were beyond him but if we just give him the freedom to play them he will be brilliant. His talent was never in question.

I have a feeling he is going to be better than James.

Same type of player in the sense they're not afraid of the ball.

They're happy to drag 2-3 players towards them and still be clear in decision making
