Maybe its just me, but I dont think enough has been made of 'no food' practice.
There is no justified grounds for the club to refuse pwople bring in their own food. Obviously, I'm not talking bringing in a 3 course meal etc, but snacks such as crisp, chocolate and sweets.
Its a joke.
And I know from speaking with the call centre -sorting season ticket- they confirmed all stewards have been instructed to take crisp etc from people.
Doesnt mean they will, but it should never be a case of 'if' - taking food off anyone is poor.
Can also tell me to 'buy in the ground' but again, thats your preference, if youre happy paying up and 'giving money to the club' you do you.
Refusing to let people take food into the ground is just forced extortion and thats before just treating people like, I guess people.
Then again, we're customers, always have been regardless any protestations... its just more apparent now...
