….the fact he hasn’t got that physical advantage is a huge plus for me because everything about him is quality, football nous and attitude. He was playing open-age football in Ireland at 15, some achievement.

Oh for sure, but it's something that could hold him back in the PL. Need to get him with Gordon's personal trainer in a year or two when he's stopped growing.

His attitude is a great point Eggs as that's what separates the ones who make it from the ones who don't and like you say Graham is definitely no shrinking violet
