I would think any RB signed will be of the mature type.

The good news is that Dibling will suit Iraola down to the ground.

The sell on is nuts, it's 20% of anything over what we end up paying if we sell him. If this kid goes on to be bought by someone for say £100m, then we'll be very lucky indeed. Imagine what kind of player he has to become to reach that potential.

How nice it would be if Everton didn't have to sell that kind of player.

If its 20% on profit then it could've certainly been worse. We end up giving up more if we sell him on for, say, double & up what we paid but then of course the flipside to that would be that it'll have meant that he turned out brilliant for us so
