My understanding is STs don't lose any credits. Tickets bought on resale site never got credits as far as I'm aware.
 

Could someone advise if successful in the ballot, are tickets e-tickets within an email, or only digital and can only be put into a wallet (Google/apple)?
Basically if my son applies for a ballot ticket (FB+) can he 'send' the ticket to me

Haven't had the actual tickets yet my son entered the ballot with three of our membership numbers and I got a record in my account history that the ticket was assigned to me.

He phoned up and they confirmed we all had been successful (needed to book flights/hotel).

Think they'll go into your "app account".

Ah, so that ticket can't be used by another, unless they have your credentials to the app. Presumably it's all going NFC, so only able to use from the app or download to your own wallet

I honestly don't know, mate. I presume you can transfer to another member fron what I've read.

Haven't even got my ticket yet so am guessing. Educated guess, I hope.
 

So I got a ticket to the Roma game using my season ticket - but Iā€™m not going and forwarded the email to my brother.

He downloaded the ticket to his phone without issue just from the forwarded email.

There was also some verbiage which said it is the responsibility of the lead booker to forward tickets if needed - so I think forwarding emails is fine as long as you donā€™t both try to download the ticket
 
Reading through the posts regarding ticket transfers to family and friends network (and also on club site) but cant find clear details...does anybody know? My question is, can I transfer my season ticket to one of my network, who is also a season ticket holder, so they then have two tickets in their account (one being their season ticket and the other being my transferred ticket), so they can then hold the two tickets in their wallet and allow entry for themselves and another person? Thanks for any info šŸ‘

You can certainly have 2 tickets in your wallet, my mate has his father-in-lawā€™s and his own.

sorry iā€™m late to ask you this lol

if i canā€™t to the cup game i send my ( download link i got for my season app )

the email for my brother in law to
go on his apple wallet

then delete when heā€™s used it?

Yes mate - the email I got sent to me with my ticket, I just forwarded that and my brother was able to download without issue to his wallet and got in no problems
 
I downloaded my ST dead easy, should I be worried? šŸ˜€
I donā€™t know if itā€™s been answered before and I do get the process of sharing the ticket with other members in your group. But as mine is a senior 65+ ticket, how will they get on if they clearly not a senior?
