With all the history around it, it'll be very Everton to lose this game. I really want McNeil to play some part in this one. Always shines vs this lot. Actually an odd fixture where the away team always seems to go home with the points. Hope that ends on Sunday.

Well in fairness mate, Myko going down and Aznou not travelling to Leeds within a week is just hard luck more than anything, is it not?

Coleman isn’t ready to play. Patterson hasn’t been fit ever at the club. Then we’ve managed to injure both left backs on our books before the season has even started plus our only natural left sided defender

We’re not going anywhere as a club if we can’t keep players on the field. Garner will have to play in the back line again, we’re weaker in midfield because of it and more than likely it will cost us points again.

At the risk of sounding factious mate, we haven't exactly deliberately injured our own left backs have we?

It's not ideal.. but a week out from the season we literally had two LB's available and now we haven't. Ish happens, can't blame the club for that one.

Not for this one isolated incident no, but as a whole I blame the club for injuries. There’s too many every season, it happens again and again, the recruitment teams are bringing in injury prone players, our training regime adds to injuries, we clearly have limited injury prevention, and then when players are out they stay out for months and months. Other teams have a player go down and they’re back in a fortnight, if one of ours goes down with anything it seems to be months before they return

If we could win this one and get in a few players next week, things would look a lot more positive.

Things can turn around quickly, like they did when Moyes did in Jan.

We need a really fast start to this game (not Moyes MO I know) to get fans up for it and put them on back foot.
