Player Valuation: Free Transfer
Hi

Im in a bit of a predicament, I'm unable to attend Sunday's game now due to personal reasons.

Im a non season ticket holder on the waiting list.

I wanted to gift the ticket to my Dad but I understand that only season tickets can transfer online.

We're both forever blue plus members and it just seems mental that a ticket I've bought, in unable to give to my Dad.

If I gave him my login details, could he login and download the ticket?

I've heard they allocate your membership to your phone so he wouldn't be able to?

I'm at a bit of a loss, as I say we've both spent 60 quid on forever blue plus, I've spent 71 for a ticket and now neither of us can go.

Any advice would be massively appreciated to get around this.

Thanks a lot

I didn't realise only season ticket holders can transfer tickets using friends and family.

I'd have thought you could just login, an transfer your ticket to your dad under friends and family.

You should have received a confirmation email when you initially bought your Brighton ticket? Just forward that email to your dad's phone and download it there

Nothing here about it being season ticket holders only,

There must be a way to transfer them I’d have thought as if I were to buy 3 seats together via my membership afaik I can share them to my ‘network’ or whatever they called it as my account / membership is linked to my wife and sons.

I must admit though the app / website is one of the least intuitive sites I’ve ever had to use.

Edit adding to what @bigjonny posted the ‘network’ stuff is in the link he posted under

It does

Thanks all.

Yeah it is season ticket holders only. When you click manage tickets, there's nothing to manage. Bit of an annoying rule.

He's logged in and downloaded it as well as having confirmation email, but from what I've heard is the ticket/membership is linked to a phone, and I was at the Roma game, therefore im thinking it'll be linked already to mine.

Im not sure if the system is that clever though so I may just get him to try it and see what happens.

Thanks for the advice everyone.
