New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Think there was restrictions put on what kind of lighting we could have given the sensitivity of the conservation area.
My suspicion is that well gradually chip away at those restrictions - especially if we end up getting hold of Nelson Dock.

It won’t turn into Picadilly Circus, but I think we’ll be able to reasonably get away with more as time progresses.

I'm obviously aware that over time there'll be an Evertonisation of the stadium.

However, why have the club not learned the lessons from City and Arsenall's moves and moved to avoid that? THAT is the question.

It could be suggested that they dont want Hill Dickinson to have any sort of competition for recognition early in the contract with them and they've laid off using our name around the ground. Maybe more revenue came from doing that.

Whatever the reason it wasn't the right thing to do. Most Everton supporters are disappointed this stadium lacks an Everton presence - barring those out of the way badges. It's Everton fans they should be more concerned about not a commercial partner.

Is that the question? I thought that the question was 'Why are we not doing it like those clubs?'. Is that not what you were saying with your 'acceptable' vs 'unacceptable' pictures?

Was that not your point, now you have been proven wrong and those grounds did or do not have any more club vs sponsor than we do currently, it has now changed to 'Why can't we do things differently to those clubs?'

If you are aware of this then why are you wording things so dramaticaly. Surely, it should be worded more. Don't like currently but I am sure it will get better over time. Is this proof that you really don't have a stance on this and are playing us like the fools we are?

Have to say I am in full agreement with @davek here regarding the complete over the top Hill Dickinson branding basically all over the stadium.

Seeing it on the tunnel made my jaw drop — completely and utterly ridiculous. It looks like NSNO is the motto of Hill Dickinson; you wouldn't know it has anything to do with Everton.

We must literally have had one bidder for the rights so probably felt like they had us over a barrel about just how much branding they get.

It's literally the word 'ARSENAL' in 7 foot lettering in front of the stadium.

That's the back of the stadium overlooking a railway line mate.

I googled Alama photos of that stadiums and the legend that came with the it is what it says: Arsenal football club, Emirates Stadium, Ashburton Grove 2006.
That's a reference the year it was built not the year the photo was taken.

Where have these figures derived from?
