And this is why I’m always reluctant to post in here. I’ve continuously said I’m not itk on all things Everton, I just happened to know people close to Nathan Broadhead who passed on a bit of info they had on the Dibling situation. It’s beyond boring now to be honest. I don’t think it’s tough negotiating. We presumably have a valuation that doesn’t match Southampton’s, taking into account sell ons etc, and we won’t go up to what they want.

Should have moved on two weeks ago and sorted some players for the right hand side. This kid has potential but like Barry won't come straight in he will be rotated we need someone who can come straight into the team for me.

And then we have the bizarre belief that somehow you get better value at the end of the window when it's actually the opposite. All your alternative options also cost a lot and maybe aren't as good.

Agree where has all this waiting and haggling got us? Likely panic signings
