£10 if you’re over 65OK good stuff.... i read somewhere about 10 pound. Think it was club view or something. Maybe i mis-read.
Not got an option to enroll into auto-cup despite following the instructions.

ahhh maybe that's what I saw..... still a few years to go for me. Will just pay the 15.£10 if you’re over 65
It’s not on my account either.Yeah weird, just looked. It should be in this section. No way is there a set deadline to join the auto-cup scheme. You should have that right to join or leave as you see fit. That’s the only reason that I can think of for it to be removed here. View attachment 321972
I'm also in 223 my dad went down today and they may as well have told him to F off, no explanation given at all as to why our season tickets are now displaced ones. no mention and point of sale and even let us buy the cup tickets initially. what's worse is 223 is the second most expensive ticket price in the ground (non club access) so we are paying a premium for seats we aren't guaranteed to be able to sit in. I have now just got off the phone with them after 2 hours of waiting to be told they didnt realise that the concourse would link home and away fans. hahahahahha how can they not realise such a simple thing ? did the big open space not set off alarm bells?Got to complain mate. It was only ever 227 upwards at point of sale.
They've royally f up.
Did wonder when I bought ST in 226 how they'd segregate away fans in 227.
Complete after thought from them.
Seems so many displaced, it'll be a bun fight in the morning and won't be many left for FB+ Thursday??

The customer service team also said dont worry you can pick a seat anywhere else in the ground sounds great right? Nope, my dad got told at the ticket office that displaced STH can only purchase seats in the north or east stand behind the goal because they have to reserve the other tickets in the East and West for Membership holders because they have paid for the membership to get access. I'm sorry but in what world should a £60 membership get priority over an £880 season ticket.
Absolutely disgraceful by the club they need to sort it out immediately and offer partial refunds on season ticket prices for those that were never told they would be affected. I've had a ST for 24 years so had first choice of seats. If I wanted to sit behind the goal I would have chose to.
So on that, we had issues with them saying no to a physical ticket so i used the contact form on the club site. And got a weird reply so went to the ground and they said that the only contact forms dont even go to the club it runs through a different team elsewhere who cant do anything.Get it all on email mate to fan services and copy in kinnear.

absolute madness countless home fans dont want etickets like myself. Clubs stance is everything will be fully digital so very bizare decision to not apply that to away fans as well.I'm a Mansfield supporter just wanted to know why we have paper tickets and not have a choice for a e-ticket on my phone , E-ticket would much better not having to go to Mansfield ground and collecting tickets.
Expecting 3 keepers on the benchWill we notice if Davie fields a weakened side?
I’m guessing it might be difficult as we don’t have any capacity for changes at the moment, unless it’s in goal.
One on the bench, one at RB, one at RW.Expecting 3 keepers on the bench
Don't see why your really complaining. You only paid £880 for a ST. That's only roughly £46 a game. Other fans have to pay on average £70 a game PLUS £60 for the + membership and only have an average 1 in 3 chance of a ticket in a league ballot game.I'm also in 223 my dad went down today and they may as well have told him to F off, no explanation given at all as to why our season tickets are now displaced ones. no mention and point of sale and even let us buy the cup tickets initially. what's worse is 223 is the second most expensive ticket price in the ground (non club access) so we are paying a premium for seats we aren't guaranteed to be able to sit in. Every right to complain. I’ve only just become a STH I’ve paid my dues for 6 years paying for three memberships and paying full whack for games.Don't see why your really complaining.
