Concerned

Perhaps it's too early to be concerned about on field affairs. But I'm concerned about way club is being run and long term future of club. But I'm also bothered about certain fans just treating everything as a joke and accusing fans of bedwetting bringing up any concern . It was only because of fans in 2022 that we stayed up. Too many fans got carried away with Moshiri ignoring all the things going on at the time, that nearly lead us to financial collapse and relegation. I'll never forgive fans who abused those protesting against Kenwright, abusing fans who walked out against Arsenal. We haven't changed our habit of keeping players who are past their sell by date. I don't want us to be entitled like RS, or deluded like Arsenal fans. But I'd like us to have greater ambitions as a club and fan base. Is it too much to ask that we actually go to teams like RS, Arsenal and Man United and do what Palace do actually give them a game, rather than just accepting defeat before a ball is kicked.

very concerned squad is poor No RB who should be playing, Bench is awful, Keane is getting far too many minutes, No right winger, got to be optimistic of Beto and Barry doing a job Garner and Tim aren’t really up to it, and we still need players and plenty of them right now it is not looking good.

A dominant display last night for those that were concerned that the season would start with the team looking like a shambles with multiple players out of position, and multiple keepers on the bench.
The unconcerned have some work to do to turn this one around next week.

I feel like I'm living in a different reality.

Genuinely not concerned at all.
Same here, Definitely more positive than the last three seasons. The manager is demanding signings and is not happy with the squad. He will get what he wants numbers wise, if it’s not his first choice that’s not down to him. He turned the club around last year and people are just waiting and hoping he fails.

Not overly concerned but it's frustrating that we are yet again going to essentially write off the first month of the season.

Don’t share your faith in the manager .
Already suffered 11 years I will never get back .
The fact he was a better negative manager than Dyche was unsurprising. Dyche was unutterably bad , Championship level at best .
Would have been hard for anybody not to improve on that low scoring blert.
But I don’t hope he fails , it would not make sense to attend matches hoping the team get beat.
I support Everton not Moyes , he does well for Everton I’m happy , he doesn’t I’m not.
Simple.
