This is my concern. He’s 19 and wasn’t starting every week for a poor Southampton side last season. We have zero right wingers in our whole squad, he would need to come in and start every week. That’s a big ask. Given how long it’s taken us not to sign any right wingers it seems a stretch for us to sign 2 before the end of the month.

We need to plug other gaps as well as right wing and I can’t see us paying that amount of money on one player with potential. We’d destroy him with the tactics we use.
