Angus Kinnear

Yup, this is the most damning thing. We looked unfit. That's not on recruitment.

Sadly, new players in or not, we're all set for a traditional Moyes slow start. His problem, however, is there's no Bill to hold on to him at all costs in his own self-interest. We now know that our much-vaunted new owners might not actually be all that competent. But we also know they are ruthless. Well, they are when it comes to Roma. But if we're only the back-up plan then perhaps Davey will survive a slow start after all...

Let's face it, these Friedkins are still an enigma. Each passing day chips away at whatever hope we had that they'd be transformational.
Myko played every minute as there was no left back bought. He's now injured. Not recruitment though

Of course the recruitment team that David Moyes is, allegedly, part of has failed. But not having Paul Breitner Mykolenko at full back was not the reason why we looked unfit, played appallingly, failed to make proactive substitutions, had a single shot on target, and lost to Brazil 70 mighty Leeds fresh up from the second division.

£4 million on Travers when lots of free agents were around
Some fat arsed joke of a third keeper.
A young left back that Moyes doesn’t fancy.
KDH without looking like we know where to play him.
A striker that is rawer than even Beto.

And loads of failed bids apparently. Been a bit of a mess so far this window.

Atrocious window so far . No clear improvement anywhere on the pitch

Bbbut but but he’s not in charge of transfers. Buck stops at the top. Bringing in big name staff who can’t start until the window closes? Whatever.

Summer transfers and pre-season in general has been a disaster. Wake up Angus. Expectations here are sky high, and so they should be after grinding out the last few years.

Whether you are pro-Moyes or not, he was thrilled to come back, and clearly proud. He looks and sounds like someone has urinated through his letterbox and he has done before we left for the US tour.

Agreed starting to look like he was yet again sold a dream and has been delivered a nightmare

Still, at least he's growing commercial side by ripping the fans off whilst not delivering on the pitch

We are getting our own version of this at some point this season.

We are being taken for a ride by our new Yank Profiteers and their hired assassins.
