KDH should have been in Tim's spot. Either that, or you go with two strikers and forgo the midfield. I don't know what else could have realistically been done at LB or LWB, someone will say McNeil but he's been awful in both spots when he's been there.

One of the few who came out with any credit tonight for me. Shows how poor our midfield is when he’s moved out of it.

Yeah I think it’s just someone who doesn’t have a regular role. You don’t have a good option. So have ten guys doing what they’re best at and work around the weak spot. He created a second weak spot.

McNeil would be more comfortable passing down the line with his left to Ndiaye, then have Garner at RB and O'Brien as the CB covering McNeil's slowness.

The progressive thing to do of course is play Aznou but Moyes will be Moyes.

Yes but McNeil can’t defend. Dan James would have just run right by him.
