Nobody can tell me that preseason form doesn’t matter, if you can’t pass the ball a week before the season starts it’s not going to change much the following week

Very flat performance. The only plus point for me, was that Garner looked ok at left back. Very debatable penalty, but, we deserved nothing from the game.

They penned us in for the whole first half, and aside from the first 25mins of the 2nd where we just stepped 20 yards up the pitch, they ended the stronger team.
They looked semi-cohesive in possession, we looked lost.

They looked incredibly ineffective. Lots of effort, very little guile.

I'm not suggesting we were any better, but I think that's their best. It is certainly not ours.

They keep talking about him leaning into the ball as if he's made the decision to do that in the split second after the ball was deflected. He's made the conscious decision to move his body in that direction before the player even kicks the ball initially.

A decent refereeing call would of ensured a 0-0

Stop deflecting and blaming the refs decision. We were abysmal. We allowed a team that will be fighting relegation to have 21 shots against us and offered next to nothing going the other way.

If that was a better team tonight we would have been 3-0 down at half time as a minimum. Leeds deserved it.
