They did a thing on sky sports news with a ref saying if it's a natural silhouette as in your hands are by your side it's not a pen.

Nevermind the sleeve thing.

The silhouette matters if you are sticking your arm out to touch the ball. In this case what matters is that although his arms are close to his side, he sticks his whole body to the side and leans in to use his arm to touch the ball anyway.
