He's decided to go away from the 433 we played all last season to 3 at the bacl and I dont remeber us ever playing good with that formation.

no he hasn't that's the problem, he's put a centre mid at left back who looks so uncomfortable and in the process put tim iroegbunam who I don't think looks good enough and had him replace the centre mid. It's a terrible starting line up.
