Getting Older.....Mens edition

haha... nah i don't buy multi's and don't shop in H&B, seems expensive, tho they do sell the MCT & Black seed which is reasonable in the sale... as for gingerness... yeah, what can i say!!?
I've heard of flaxseed oil, and this is your second spelling of black seed. mct oil? These health pointers would be helpful with a location indication, as we've got different names for things in the uk compared with the u.s. for instance. Also differing market places and authorities over such.
I was hoping who I asked about cbd oil would get back to me.

I take a Men’s over 50 supplement and a glucosamine, chondroitin with msm supplement for the joints. I find this keeps me well oiled for running.

Now if only I could train better more often during the summer.

51 turning 52 in October, it’s my hips that are bothering me. I’ve even bought a knee pillow, but sometime there feels like there is no power in the upper thigh area around my hips when getting off the couch. A little strange and I’m keeping an eye on it but other than that, generally feel ok. I noticed the big difference in actually feeling your age kicked in around 40, prior to that between 25-40 nothing noticeable changed.

Ah i reckon you could train more, usually life gets in the way, or other habits.. thats all i did just, eventually, make it a habit, if i don't run, its like my body, brain calls me out on it... or maybe im just weird!!

Both my stepfather and I were prescribed to take a Vitamin D supplement...considering we live in Arizona and both work/ed outside, I smell a conspiracy. I'd appreciate some explanation from our resident drug czar @RAFUH .
Most folks now are more covered up and use sun screen when outside which decreases Vitamin D production. And exposure has to be continual. You can't stock up in your youth.

We are less efficient at producing Vitamin D from sun as we age.

Kidneys have a role in converting Vitamin D to the active form.

Since I was invited in here...the title seems redundant.

50 in October, about 1-2 stone heavier than I’d like to be at the moment. Gone a bit lazy over the last 18 months due to some niggly health problems but this week I’ve signed up for a trail half marathon and have got my road bike back out of the garage, o feel I need to set myself goals to achieve now rather than just keeping fit for the hell of it.
